Cancelling the Bachata promo party

Hi everybody,

After speaking with Bernaards, our dancers and also with the school I used to teach for: Dance Fusion Aachen I have decided to cancel our Bachata Promo party of this Saturday.

The main reason being:

I want to give the free ticket to the Summer Bachata Festival in Croatia away to the appropriate person!

And it seemed a lot of you were coming for the Salsa part of the party.

And although we also teach Bachata at Just Jason we are way more known for being a Salsa focused school. The reverse is applicable for Dance Fusion Aachen. Although they also teach Salsa they are more known as a Bachata focused school.

And they have had a long running event called Sensual Tuesday which is their equivalent to our Friday Fiesta. On May 12th they will have their 100th edition of Sensual Tuesday with a "Gala Night" and I think that this event is a way more appropriate event to give away the ticket to the Summer Bachata Festival in Croatia.

So that is what we'll be doing.

Dag allemaal,

Na overleg met Bernaards, onze dansers en ook met de school waar ik vroeger les gaf: Dance Fusion Aachen, heb ik besloten om ons Bachata Promo-feest van aanstaande zaterdag te annuleren.

De belangrijkste reden is:

Ik wil het gratis ticket voor het Summer Bachata Festival in Kroatië weggeven aan de juiste persoon!

En het leek erop dat velen van jullie voor het salsa-gedeelte van het feest kwamen.

Hoewel we bij Just Jason ook bachata lesgeven, staan we veel meer bekend als een salsa-school. Voor Dance Fusion Aachen geldt precies het omgekeerde. Hoewel zij ook Salsa lesgeven, staan ze meer bekend als een Bachata-school.

Ze hebben een langlopend evenement genaamd Sensual Tuesday, hun versie van onze Friday Fiesta. Op 12 mei vieren ze hun 100e editie van Sensual Tuesday met een "Gala Night" en ik denk dat dit een veel geschiktere gelegenheid is om de ticket voor het Summer Bachata Festival in Kroatië weg te geven.

Dus dat is wat we gaan doen.
